I found this stashed away in the hundred, or so, CDs I have with pictures on them. This was one of my favorite moments from the beach this summer. If I may, I would like to rant for a second about composition. I have found that the "thirds" are a great rule, but if you apply them to every shot you can just as well lost quality. I realized that I enjoyed this shot b/c it was all centered. The sand stops at center, the ocean stops at center, the horizon and water meet at center. This forces you to focus on the scene and not a certain aspect, as it was all beautiful. Ok... I'm done.
