After asking a few people about it, and 90% saying that this looks like a funnel to them, I am confident that this is a tornado attempting to form. The clouds were swirling like I have never seen before, and the conditions were perfect for them to develope. If anyone has a professional opinion about this and can prove/disprove that this is a funnel, PLEASE COMMENT. Thanks.
